Why is MSN Running Anti-American Pro-trump Propaganda?

Two days ago a headline caught my eye because the article certainly seemed like it could be revealing if it was run through CNI narcissist translation software. Indeed I was fascinated to see where it would lead because it is often these types of translations that expose hidden truths via projection and other tells.

The headline was, “Why Young Women Like Me Love Donald Trump.” Yes, the day of trump’s fourth set of indictments, this time on RICO charges out of Georgia, this was a headline on MSN, and no doubt several other sites as a featured news story.

Yesterday, I popped the article into a text to speech program so I could just listen instead of wasting energy reading what was no doubt going to be some serious political ignorance and youthful foolishness. Boy was I wrong.

It was a fairly systematic hit piece that listed the usual GOP/trump talking points to play the victim, blame the victim, demagogue, straight up lie and use fear to attack, demonize and dehumanize Joe Biden, Democrats and anyone else who does not want a fascist, racist and bigoted right-wing billionaire run America. It was almost the exact same type of psychopathically dishonest political propaganda you would expect to hear coming out of the blowholes of Ted Cruz, Ron Johnson, Marsha Blackburn or Ron DeSantis. “Young women like me,” huh?

The only thing that was missing from this trump advertisement was the word “woke,” which was predictable. As noted in The Psychology of Woke, young Republicans have been begging the olds to stop using the term because it is bad marketing for them, and Ron DeSantis’ relentless yet lifeless selling and foolish application of the term has only made it worse. It was still a very anti-woke article issue-wise, but as young Republicans keep trying to explain to those in charge, given the choice of being “woke” like Disney or anti-woke like DeSantis, it seems to be an easy call for most younger folks, and apparently most older folks too.

Now let me declare that I am all for free speech and everyone is entitled to their opinion in America, but when you are in undeclared digital World War III, we need to know who is authoring propaganda against us, who their publisher is, and more importantly why a generally balanced American corporate media web portal owned by Microsoft is picking up and displaying such an obvious anti-American piece of political propaganda, by someone implying they are a random “young woman.”

If you think saying this is anti-American propaganda is partisan, it is not. trump was a daily White House crime spree who likely committed treason multiple times, so to say he and his ways are what America needs, and Joe Biden is horrible in comparison is straight up anti-American gaslighting propaganda, because regardless of whether you like the job Biden is doing or not, he is not a traitor like trump.

The Publisher

The first stop on this “magical mystery tour” was looking up who the original publisher really was, and it was a quick stop because it was a name I was familiar with. A few years ago, I saw something that seemed very off in an article on Twitter, so I looked up who owned The Independent. Surprise, surprise, “The Independent” had been bought in 2010 by a Russian oligarch and “former” KGB officer, which instantly explained whatever strange political spin I was observing at the time.

From then on, I knew The Independent was definitely not the independent Western media they let us believe they were, with their seemingly safe name, and thus was a questionable and suspicious outlet that should probably never be used as a source of news. I have seen a few journalists I like published there and don’t begrudge them that, but after seeing who owns the publication, relying on their unbiased reporting seemed like playing Russian roulette with the facts.

Since London is known to be awash in Russian oligarch money, it was no surprise that a “former” KGB officer would want to buy a respectable Western paper and drop in their personal agenda and some Russian propaganda here and there to keep Czar Vlad from sending a plutonium meal.

Just as a rich former spy’s self-interested pro-Russian motivations are understandable, so is a member of the Saudi Royal family buying a 30% stake of The Independent in 2017. Gee, are there any current reasons in 2023 why Russian oligarchs and/or the Saudi royal family would want to put divisive pro-trump propaganda in a publication they own, and have it distributed around America in our news feeds? It’s a mystery.

The Author

The second search on the bat computer was to look into the author, but strangely there was no hyperlink bio on the MSN post, so she was still ambiguous. I popped the “young woman’s” name into search and you will never guess what I found on Wikipedia. You guessed it.

“American politician and the Republican nominee for the New Hampshire 1st Congressional District Election of 2022 who formerly worked as the Communications Director for House Republican Conference Chair, Elise Stefanik. Before that, she worked as an assistant press secretary in the Trump administration.”

How strange that this seemingly random “young woman” did not reveal that she worked in the trump White House as a writer, assistant press secretary, and as press secretary for the #4 ranking House Republican, Elise Stefanik. Yes, the same Elise Stefanik who many Republicans thought was reasonable and pragmatic until she sold whatever immortal soul she had to trump for the pleasure of becoming one of the most psychopathic repeaters of whatever garbage he is spewing at any given moment.

It seems telling the young woman did not mention she was a 2022 GOP nominee for Congress in her article either. It gets better. Just to add one more layer of clear manipulation, her bio listed by The Independent forgot to mention she is currently employed by a trump aligned political action committee as their spokesperson. Must have slipped her mind, and The Independent’s editors mind’s too.

So, this young woman who loves trump and wrote an article about it to convince others, never mentioned she had translated her politics and communication degree into going to work in the trump White House, where she was mentored in communications for two years by trump and Kayleigh McEnany, and appears to have the exact same relationship with the truth that they do.

Just to hammer home her truth relationship, when she ran for Congress, she was basically a 25 year-old blond version of Stefanik by showing an equal lack of shame, ethics or morals by regurgitating trump talking points like the election was stolen, so she could dishonestly gain power, like most other Republicans pretending to care about their voters well being, and not really the billionaires who fund their campaigns and take them on luxury vacations.

I wonder how the Catholic Benedictine Saint Anselm College feels about one of their graduates willing to say and do anything for career and power, including serving America’s enemies by gaslighting the younger generation of conservatives into believing the election was stolen from trump, although the schools motto seems pretty dark, and almost an instruction manual for how narcissists, sociopaths and psychopaths can manipulate people there.

If I was a pathological narcissist raised in that environment and had “Fear of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom” grilled into me, I would quickly figure out I could manipulate people by saying they did not have enough appropriate fear of x, y or z, so you must do what I say. It does appear more than coincidence that this young woman is very comfortable selling fear.

It Was All a Lie and We Must Defend Ourselves

While completely dishonest behavior has long been a staple of Republican “hardball” politics against the Dems and each other, the GOP was about to go to civil war with itself once President Clinton was sworn in. In a twist, this guy I think named trump came along, destroying their “strong bench” of candidates with ease with his relentless narcissism and Russian partnership.

So instead of having their long overdue reckoning with reality and the truth, Republicans completely let go of the rope and stopped pretending they ever had any morals, scruples or conservative principles at all. Then for good measure, trump stole the hearts of the cult, the GOP, right-wing media and religion had groomed for themselves with narcissism, so in order to keep their cult power intact, they are stuck with Dear Leader.

Highly respected gentleman Stuart Stevens ran decades of GOP campaigns and believed in their “principles,” but once he saw the way the GOP had accepted trump as President, he put out a book in 2020 about his five decades in politics called, “It Was All a Lie.” Sadly, the GOP relationship with the truth has sunk to George Santos level since then.

Indeed trump revealed that all the GOP was ever really for in modern times was to have power over others and to do what their billionaire sugar daddies demanded, like top .01% tax cuts, government contracts and “Federalist Society” approved judges who were either groomed, conditioned, and/or psychopathic enough to have no guilt, shame or remorse in being bribed into ruling in a far-right billionaire’s monetary and/or psychologically dangerous fascistic favor.   

There is opinion and there is propaganda, so when a young Republican leader and communications operative presents herself as just your average young woman supporting trump, when she is actually employed as the communications director at a trump political action committee, that is a clear case of manipulative propaganda.

I guess the questions are, does anyone with any awareness monitor what is put out through the MSN “web portal” or is it just on autopilot? Are they that desperate for clickbait? It would seem all it would have taken was for someone to see the headline to know this article about loving trump was at least very poorly timed, in very bad taste and a very bad reflection on Microsoft, on a day when trump was receiving his 4th round of indictments, and it will look worse for them into the foreseeable future. At least on The Independent site, you could click on the author and find, ”Former GOP Nominee for U.S. Congress, and Trump White House Assistant Press Secretary”

At a minimum, Microsoft really needs to declare it is for democracy by stopping its association with The Independent and every other Russian/Saudi psyop publication poisoning America from within, or they are showing us they have joined the authoritarian, anti-America, anti-democratic dark side too. What’s it going to be Microsoft and every other American company that distributes the falsely named Independent?

Author’s note: I decided not to name the young woman I had never heard of, to not give her any additional oxygen or further distribute her gaslighting piece of anti-American propaganda. She is easy enough to find by searching the title, but it’s just garbage, so I would not waste my time. As noted, is the same old standard Republican propaganda that could have come straight out of the mouths of Ted Cruz (he campaigned for her), Stefanik (she campaigned for her), Ron Johnson, DeSantis or any other seemingly psychopathic GOP shill. I am certainly not saying this young woman is psychopathic, but the relationship she has with the truth is in the ballpark.
