I read Axios, Politico, WP, NYT, TNY, TNR, and the noise coming from the tv is either CNN or MSNBC but these media outlets can’t seem to come close to expositions such as this. I do hear some rumblings of narcissism and some of the talking heads are getting very animated and talking existential crisis but it still seems like the corporate honchos have not given the ok to go full Bandy X and dive deep in trump’s pathology. Let’s see what happens as we get closer to November and more stories appear documenting the unstable ramblings of a man has no policies, no compassion for pregnant women at risk ( all pregnancies are a risk) or democracies fighting for survival or the misfortunes and poor outlook of his own followers. It’s fitting, that line about shooting someone on 5th Ave: he really does want to kill his own fan base.

Considered shockingly out of bounds and unprofessional when it came out in 2017 (The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump”, Brandy Lee et al) Now the roadmap to understanding trump’s insanity ; you can forget that quaint “mental illness”term. A professional “duty to warn”. I remember when no one in the media would call something trump blatantly said was “lie”. And it was considered over reacting if you compared trump to Hitler, or his MAGA cult to Nazism. Now, the press has no problem with these descriptions, as they have no recourse to the objective and observable facts. Now if they could simply try and call his historic criminal case for what it is ; a felony campaign finance crime (the hush money was just the vehicle for it) instead of the “hush money” trial. I get it ; “campaign finance crime” doesn’t sound so salacious (maybe back in the day when John Edwards did it, and we didn’t have a larger than life asshole with a degenerate background to titillate us) like “hush money”. “Hush” has an inherent aspect of criminality, or even better, sex ! Just imagine the term; “hush pee tapes” OMG, blows an “insurrection” right out of the water. Tough choice there considering the topics here are sex and violence, a staple of our society. Still, my guess is that more people are fascinated with sex than violence ; so I guess we’re going to be bamboozled with “hush money” trial until we hear the guilty verdicts for CAMPAIGN FINANCE crimes. The only “hush money” that might be of interest then would be in regards to Aileen Cannon, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, and Brett Beerinaugh. The press has a similar “duty to warn” ; that was inherent in the concept of the Fourth Estate. This bending over backwards to give the impression of non bias is contemptible ; more a smokescreen to keep profits up by keeping the populace guessing. Fairness doesn’t mean there is no bias, fairness means that the truth is spoken, and truth is inherently biased towards goodness.
Mental health records have always been CLOSED records and more so than medical records, not that most narcissists would willingly be taken to the psych ward or institution for help! Sociologically, most narcissism is thru the lens of love-bombing several love interests and forming relationships with....at the same time. Narcissistically love-bombing masses of people for POWER and MONEY is the rare autocratic, fascist or 'I'm the only ONE' movement that has toppled democracies and reigned power for millenia. How can this be in our United States of America?
